Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle yet powerful technique that is very light and rhythmic. It is specially developed to move lymphatic fluid and assist in stress reduction and relaxation.
It is performed directly on the skin with no oils or lotion. Many clients report feeling lighter and having more energy after receiving regular lymphatic treatment.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage has been shown to encourage the elimination of metabolic waste while accelerating the flow of fresh oxygen and nutrients. It aids in relief of bloating, sinus pressure, inflammatory conditions like rosacea, eczema, puffy eyes, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, lupus and chronic fatigue.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage also helps to reduce pain, bruising and swelling from cosmetic surgery.
*Adding on a castor oil pack for the abdomen can promote deeper healing and release of toxins.
